LNF HRM Platform — Data Processing Notice
This section applies specifically to personal data processed through the LNF HRM Platform operated by Lever & Fulcrum Solutions Ltd. It should be read alongside the general privacy policy below.
1. Who We Are
Lever & Fulcrum Solutions Ltd ("Lever & Fulcrum", "we", "us", "our") is a software company incorporated in India, with registered offices at:

We operate the LNF HRM Platform — a SaaS-based Human Resource Management system used by organisations to manage their HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes. For privacy enquiries: security@leverandfulcrum.com
2. Data We Process Through the Platform
When organisations use the LNF HRM Platform, we process personal data on their behalf as a data processor. The categories of personal data processed include:
• Identity and contact data — name, email address, phone number, date of birth, employee ID
• Employment data — job title, department, manager, employment history, contract details
• Recruitment and candidate data — CVs, application records, interview notes, assessment results
• Onboarding documents — signed contracts, policy acknowledgements, right-to-work documents
• Payroll data — salary information, bank details, tax records (via approved payroll integration)
• Background screening data — verification results (via approved screening integration)
• Training and learning records — course completion, assessment results (via LMS integration)
• Exit and offboarding data — termination records, exit documentation
3. How We Use This Data
We process personal data solely to deliver the contracted HR management services to the organisation that has engaged us. We do not use customer personal data for our own commercial purposes, marketing, or analytics. We do not sell personal data to any third party.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The customer organisation acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the LNF HRM Platform and determines the applicable lawful basis for that processing. Lever & Fulcrum acts as a data processor and processes customer personal data only on documented instructions and under the applicable Data Processing Agreement. Where Lever & Fulcrum processes limited business-contact, security, or operational data for its own purposes as a controller, that processing is governed by the applicable corporate privacy notice and law.
5. Subprocessors
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is used as Lever & Fulcrum's cloud infrastructure subprocessor. The platform may also connect to customer-nominated third-party services such as payroll, screening, electronic-signature, recruitment, and learning systems. The privacy role of each customer-nominated provider depends on the applicable customer/provider contract and data flow; customer nomination alone does not make a provider a Lever & Fulcrum subprocessor.
The current Third-Party / Subprocessor Register identifies the provider, processing purpose, data categories, location where known, contractual mechanism, and review status. Appropriate data-processing and security terms are required where Lever & Fulcrum engages a subprocessor to process customer personal data.
6. Data Residency
Customer data is currently hosted in AWS eu-west-1 (Dublin, Ireland). We are actively migrating to AWS us-east-1 (Northern Virginia, USA) for customers with US data residency requirements. Migration will be completed prior to contract execution for affected customers.
7. Data Retention
Personal data processed through the LNF HRM Platform is retained for the duration of the customer's contract and for a period of 90 days following contract termination, during which data can be exported by the customer. Following this period, data is deleted from live systems. Encrypted backups are purged within 30 days of the deletion date under automated lifecycle policies.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest using approved AWS KMS-backed controls, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for privileged and production administrative access, and regular security reviews. 9. Your Rights
Individuals whose personal data is processed through the LNF HRM Platform should direct any data subject requests — including access, correction, deletion, or portability — to the organisation that employs them (the data controller). Where we receive a request directly, we will forward it to the relevant customer organisation without undue delay.
10. International Data Transfers
Where personal data is transferred internationally and a transfer safeguard is required, the applicable mechanism may include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), an adequacy decision, or another lawful mechanism under the relevant data-protection law and agreement. For AWS processing, applicable transfer terms are addressed through the AWS Data Processing Addendum. Customer-nominated providers are governed by the contractual arrangements applicable to those integrations.
